Featuring never before seen memorabilia from the Disney archives Walt Disney: One Man’s Dream is an interactive gallery located in the Studios Animation Courtyard of the Disney Hollywood Studios theme park. Visitors are taken on a tour of Walt Disney’s life and the history of the company he founded through a variety of artifacts like the concept models for many of the theme parks to the Oscar for 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea and even a short film that opened October 1, 2001 containing previously unseen footage like Disney talking about Mickey Mouse. Perhaps the most interesting takeaway from our visit was the amount of innovation Walt Disney’s studios were responsible despite the financial risk they faced with each production Disney forged on ahead.
